Baby shower #1

This last saturday was my baby shower thrown by my sisters. I had such a good time. Hallie is set for a long time, we were both very spoiled. I just want to say thanks to everyone who came and thanks for all the cute gifts!!

32 weeks down, 8 more to go!!!

I can't believe I only have 8 weeks left til our baby gets here. Some days I feel like i'll never get to the end and others I freak out. I feel like i have nothing done. It's crazy to think i'll be full term in just 5 weeks, then its just a waiting game. I've been feeling really good and I hope it stays that way. I had my 32 week check up today and everything is going great.

Pregnancy Update!!

161 days = 23 weeks = 5 1/5 months!! I wish i could say that this is going by fast but it's not. I've had a pretty smooth pregnancy so far other than the horrible morning sickness the first 14 weeks. I felt our baby girl move around 18 weeks and it was amazing. She'll be kicking me like crazy and as soon as Steve puts his hand on my belly she's completely done for the night, it's pretty funny to me but Steve really really wants to feel her. Steve has been unbelievable through all of this, he lets me sleep all day everyday (even when the house is a mess and dinner is not cooked) He loves my growing belly and tells me everday how cute i am and how he loves our little girl so much already. He even deals with my emotional outburst which is about every 20 min. We had our doctor ultrasound last week and it went really good. He checked everything out and said she looked perfectly healthy. We are so blessed to be having a baby. I can't wait til she gets here. I have a feeling i'll be one of those stingy, paranoid moms that won't let anyone hold her ha ha so just a warning in advance.

It's a.... GIRL!!!

We're having a girl!!! We are so excited. I totally thought we were having a boy when i first found out i was pregnant but after a couple months i started having dreams it was a girl. We had an ultrasound today and sure enough it's a girl!!! The doctor said he's 200% sure and i definately didn't see anything between her legs!!! It's crazy to see her move around on the screen but not be able to feel her yet. She kept yawning and sucking her thumb during the ultrasound (hopefully she doesn't keep that habit) I have a feeling she'll have Steve wrapped around her little finger as soon as she comes out (If she doesn't already). We can't think of any names other than Halle right now but I'm just not sure. My computer wouldn't scan the pictures so i had to take them on my phone so they're pretty hard to see.

BUN IN THE OVEN!!!

Surprise!!! Steven and I are having a baby!!! We couldn't be more thrilled to be bringing a little hatch into this world. I am only 14 weeks and due Feb 7th. Being pregnant for the first time sure has been scary and kind of miserable I've had really bad "all day" sickness and it only gets worse at night. Poor Steve hasn't had a normal meal for 2 months. It's just Romen Noodles at our house (and i can't believe i can eat them for how many times they've come back up.) Nor has he had a normal summer. He gets to come home and lay on the couch with me every night. We've been to the doctor a few times and yesterday he finally heard the heart beat it was definately the best sound i've ever heard (so far.) The doctor thinks it's a girl since the heartbeat is so fast (It was 153) We won't be able to find out for sure til October :( It seems so far away. When we got married I just had the feeling we needed to start trying so after trying for a year and a half we decided we would work on the going to the temple and we'd go see a doctor right after we were sealed. Well somehow right after we were sealed we got pregnant (like 5 days). Heavenly father knows exactly what he's doing and I think he just wanted us to be sealed before he would send us our little one. I still can't believe how the whole process works it truly is a miracle. We have been so blessed and we can't wait til our baby gets here!!

Steve's Passion!!!

We all know how much Steve loves to hunt! He eats, sleeps, and breathes hunting. He gets home from work and we watch the hunting channel and read all the new posts on Tines Up. I get mad that he's so obsessed with it and that he's gone every weekend. I guess I just need a hobby. Marlene gave me this picture of Steve and I'm so glad I have it. I keep it on my fridge to remind me how much hunting is and always has been such a HUGE part of his life. I finally know why my husband is the way he is!!

Steve and I were sealed yesterday in the St. George temple. It was such and amazing experiance its hard to put into words. Here are a few pictures of our wonderful day!

I Want....

*I want new carpet.
*I want all the walls in my house painted but I don't want to do it.
*I want more time with my husband (he works sun-wed and i work tues-sat)
*I want Louie to stay small like a puppy but not act like a puppy.
*I want to want to eat healthy and work out.
*I want it to be April 24th right now.
*I want more than anything to live back in Sevier County.

JASON ALDEAN!!!

Last night we went to the Jason Aldean concert. It was SO fun. He put on such a good show. Luke Bryan and Ash Bowers opened for him and the were so good too. Steve even stood up and danced ha ha if you don't know who these guys are you're missing out. Jason Aldean sings Big Green Tractor, She Country, Laugh until we cry, Amarillo sky, Asphalt cowboy and tons more. Luke Bryan sings All my friends say, Do I, Rain is a good thing, and We rode in trucks. Ash Bowers is new and he had some way goos songs but i can't find his cd anywhere.

My big surprise!!!

I came home from work today and Steve told me I couldn't open the garage because Louie was in there. When I got inside my house he then told my to go let Louie in so I walked in the laundry room (which has a door to the garage) and I found my new washer and dryer all set up and everythng!!! I almost cried. They are the ones I've looked at forever but never thought i'd be able to get. I have such an amazing husband he does anything and everything for me. I don't know what i'd do with him.

Families are forever!!

Steven and I are so excited to finally be going thru the temple! We are going thru the St.George temple on April 24th. We both love the St.George temple. We met down in St.George on April 24th 2008 and it happened to be on a saturday this year so it worked out perfectly! We would love all our family and friends to be there with us so please come if you can! I stole the picture off my friend Kourtney's blog. It's my favorite picture of the temple!

*January*

WOW!!! I can't believe January is over. Nothing too exciting happened this month. Steve and I are both working like crazy and never have a day off together ;( Louie is quite the puppy... He is keeping us busy (Hopefully kids are easier than dogs) Between Louie and our sunbeam class we'll probably never want kids!!


Steve has been growing his hair out for a couple months... well it looks better short but the only way he'd let me cut it is if i cut a mullet!! He thinks he is bringing it back!!! I didn't take much time cutting it because he promised he would let me fix it the next day. Now he loves it and won't let me fix it.

Louie has been such a good puppy. He already goes to the door and scratches to go to the bathroom. We've only had a few accidents with him (when he gets excited). Steve has really taken to him even if he doesn't admit it.To steve his name is Pooch and i think it always will be. Anyways here are a few more pictures of Louie.
