10 months!!!

I am thinking that 10 months is my new favorite age!!! Hallie you are so fun and full of energy. You are such a busy girl. You can't crawl or walk yet but you have no problem getting where you want to go. You can roll down the halls, all over the bedrooms and can even turn the corners of the house. I just switched you to half milk and half formula. You usually only want your bottle when you are about to go to sleep anyways. You're eating all sorts of things. I pretty much give you whatever I am eating and you love it. You have just learned to play peek a boo. You pull the blanket up just far enough so we can't see your eyes then you hurry and push it back down. You do this thing with your lips thats hilarious. You stick your tongue to almost your nose and then suck your top lip in until it smacks. Its so cute and we can't figure out how you do it. You can walk all over the kitchen in your walker. You're pulling yourself up on everything. Your 2 front teeth just popped through the other day. That makes 4 teeth and I can see more about to come through on the bottom. You are sleeping with us (still) but sleep in your pack and play sometimes. You love when we play "THATS MINE" with you. We put a DVD player in our car and you hardly watch it. I figured you wouldn't since you won't watch them on the tv. You love your Elmo toy and your toy that you can push. You CONSTANTLY talk. DA-DA. BA-BA BLA-BLA (no MA-MA yet) You LOVE pulling hair. I literally have bald spots on my side from you pulling it out. If you fuss at night you'll roll over and grab a handful of my hair and go right back to sleep. Your hair is getting longer. It's so blonde that it's hard to see. You are so photogenic, if I put the camera in front of you you automaticaly smile. You're very dramatic and can scream and cry on cue. We love you more and more everyday and can't imagine life without you.

9 Months Old!!!

Hallie you are just my little spit fire. You have quite the attitude lately. You have already started throwing temper tantrums and I can only imagine you at 2. You constantly talk (da da, ba ba, ya ya) and your world famous BAHAHAHA laugh. You are getting so big and so close to crawling. You have been pulling yourself up on your toys. You weighed 20.4 oz and were 28 1/2 inches long at the doctor last week. You're starting to get taller!!! You hair is FINALLY coming in, but its so blonde its hard to see. You will definitely be a toe head. Everyone thinks you look more and more like your dad the older you get. You have to pull and play with my hair to get to sleep (hopefully that won't last long) You are a little fish in the tub. You love to splash and play. You are still sleeping with us and waking up a few times at night. I wish you'd go back to sleeping all night in your own crib. You are probably the most photogenic baby I have ever seen. If I put a camera in front of you, you automatically smile. You LOVE attention, if all eyes aren't on you you scream. This year was your first Halloween and you were a little lamb. You looked so so cute. We love you Hallie more than you'll ever know and can't wait to watch you grow up.

8 Months Old

Hallie I seriously can't believe your eight months old now. It's horrible how fast you are growing up. I feel like everyday you do something that you couldn't do the day before. You can now stand up by a chair or couch. You're so close to crawling, and you can scoot/roll to whatever you want. You love to eat pretty much everything specially romen noodles (figures since that's all I ate when I was pregnant with you) Your hair is growing a ton but since you are so blonde you still look bald. I seriously can NEVER put you down or go anywhere without you. If I try and set you down you arch your back. You are such a mommy's girl. No one likes to tend you because you cry the whole time I'm gone. You love to play in the bath tub, and splash with your legs. You love to look at yourself in the mirror, it's so cute. You're such a wiggle worm now I can hardly hold onto you. You have two bottom teeth and I'm pretty sure you're getting your top ones.You are now sleeping with us and if you fuss at night all I have to do is put my head by yours so you can grab my hair and you'll go back to sleep. I actually have no hair left because you LOVE it pull it. I love it when you give me big kisses. Hallie I seriously would die without you. You are my whole world.

7 Months

I can't believe another month has gone by and I am writing another post about you. You have been teething ALL month and FINALLY got a tooth yesterday!!!! You're still very cranky and I'm guessing it won't be long before your second tooth pops through. Hallie I know I say this every time, but you really are getting SO big. Your pretty much sitting up on your own, you love to stand up against the couch, and your walking all over the kitchen in your walker. When you're sitting up you lean all the way forward like you're about to take off crawling. You're a very spoiled girl, you ALWAYS have to be held. You're very attatched to me and cry whenever you see me and I'm not holding you. I can't remeber the last time you slept through the night, It's been a good month or two. You are eating anything and everything I give you. You love to eat mashed potatos, crackers, and noodles. You're still eating the same baby foods. You're wearing 12 month clothes and I started to buy 18 months for fall/winter. You say DADA and you try and click your tongue when I do. I'm pretty sure you're right handed, because whatever I hand you'll grab with your left hand and then switch it over to your right. You weighed 19LBS at the doctor the other day. You were 85% in weight , 62% in height, and 90% in head!!! Yes you have a big noggin!!! I got your pictures taken a few days ago but they won't be here for a month or two, so here are the picures from the website. You are so beautiful and are the best thing that ever happened to us.

6 MONTHS OLD

What the heck?!? 6 months during a pregnancy NEVER ENDS but my baby is 6 months old and I feel like she was born yesterday. Oh Hallie you make me smile and laugh more than I ever thought I could. Your personality or should I say ATTITUDE is showing more and more by the day. You have picked up this SQUEEL that you are doing constantly and it's so high pitched that I'm about to go deaf. Your starting to love me more and more seeing how I can't put you down or walk out of the room without you crying. You are rolling all over the place now, if I set you by the chair it won't take long before I see you by the kitchen. This month you've had a double ear infection and then another double ear infection. I won't be surprised if we put tubes in your ears. When we took you to the doctor you were 18LBS and 27 1/2 inches long. You still look EXACTLY like your dad. You can almost sit up by yourself and you are starting to hold your bottle really good.You fake cough if no one is paying attention to you, and if someone fake coughs you copy them. You are always sticking your tongue out, it's so funny. When you eat, you put your arm over your eyes. You HATE your car seat, I keep trying to talk dad into buying you a big girl one but he thinks your still too little. I can't wait for the day I can turn you forward. You cry and scream the second we put you in it and the other day I looked back at you and your head was completely turned trying to look up at me. It broke my heart. Your eating pretty much the same, sweet potatoes, apples, pears, and the cheetos I give you. Hallie your great grandpa Don died today, I feel so bad that you'll never remember him and that I never got a good picture of you two together. We love you Hallie more than anything and are so blessed to have you as a daughter.

5 MONTHS OLD

Hallie could you please STOP getting older?!? Everyday you are more and more fun. This past month it seems like you have grown up so so much. Your learning something new everyday. You are rolling over both ways and all over the place. Your grabbing anything you can get your hands on, and also eating everything you grab. Everyone who sees you can't help but notice how cute and chubby you are. You always get compliments on your eyes and lips. You have the cutest voice and you LOVE to use it none stop. We took you to the doctor the other day and you had a double ear infection and I think your starting to teeth. You were 16.5LBS and 27inches (in the 85% for both) You are a very spoiled girl and have every toy and piece of clothing out there (we're running out of room in our house for all your stuff) I have been feeding you Bananas, Squash, Pears, Apples, and little cheeto snacks and your loving all of it. You HATE to be in your carseat, me or dad always have to be in the back with you. You LOVE to be outside. Your laughing and smiling all the time and we can't get enough of it. We love Hallie more than anyone could ever know and would give up everything just for you.

4 months old!!!

Oh how I am loving Hallie at this age!! Hallie you are getting such a cute personality and YOUR NOT CRYING ALL THE TIME!!! You are getting so big and chunky. We don't go to the doctor til the 17th so I won't know your weight or height til then. Hallie you are so fun now, you are smiling and laughing all the time!!! I went to the dentist the other day and the receptionist was talking to you and you were full on giggling, it was the cutest thing ever. You sleep thru the night (YAY) in your own crib (DOUBLE YAY) and when you wake up in the morning you just sit and talk to yourself til I come get you. You can roll from your back to your belly now (well you kinda gets stuck on your arm) and you love to watch tv. You are constantly talking to yourself, the tv, and whoever gives you any attention. You hate not having someone to talk to, like when you are in the backseat of the car by yourself, most of the time dad has to sit back there with you. We've been giving you some baby food now since you are ALWAYS hungry. You love bananas, squash, and pears. I still can't get you to like rice cereal or oatmeal. You love to sit in your Jenny Jump Up and swing in it. You are such a mommy's girl and I love it.You love to be outside in your stroller. You love your toys that make noise and have lights. And your favorite thing is to suck on your hand, you haven't found your thumb yet thank heavens. You mostly suck on your pointer finger. We love you Hallie so much and can't believe your ours forever. I can't imagine my life without you.

3 Months Old!!!

Hallie you are 3 months old today!!! You are getting so big and so fun. We've had quite the time with you little one. You have been a very naughty baby. We've tried just about everything to get you to not cry 24/7. I think you are starting to grow out of it thank heavens. We switched your formula (once again) and I think it's really helped this time. Poor baby got thrush again ;( I seriously hope it never comes back after this. We blessed you yesterday and it was perfect, dad did such a good job. You are smiling more than ever and every once in a while we are lucky enough to hear a giggle!!! You eat 5-6oz every 2-3 hours. I know it's probably too much for how young you are but you love it and you never spit it back up. At your 2 month wellness check you were almost 13LBS and 23 inches long. The past 3 weeks we have been in SUNNY ST.GEORGE!!!! Steve's work needed him down here to help finish a bridge. We never want to leave. Hallie, you have so many friends down here (Claire, Rylee, and Dayson) you had your first swimming trip with them. Hallie you LOVE your aunt Jessi. Jessi (the baby whisperer) is the only one to get you to stop crying and to burp (it's impossible for me or dad to burp you ). We will be very very sad when we can't be with her all the time. We love you Hallie so much and you have brought so much joy into our lives.
